Ingredients: Organic yerba Mate', organic & fair trade red rooibos tea, organic elder flowers, organic vanilla flavoring

Brew Instructions: Fill 1 tsp. of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket or infuser | Place in a mug | Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea & allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached. You may want to experiment with steep time and tea quantity to find your ideal flavorful cup!
