Ingredients: Organic oolong tea, organic oranges, organic orange peel, organic lemons, organic calendula flowers, organic hulled cardamom, organic vanilla bean, organic vanilla flavoring.

Brew Instructions: Fill 1 TBSP of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket or infuser | Place in a mug | Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea & allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
