Ingredients: Organic cat's claw, organic eleuthero root, organic elderflower, organic rose hips, organic lemon peel, organic orange peel, organic nettle leaf, organic ginger, organic lemon grass.

Brew Instructions: Fill 1 TBSP of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket or infuser | Place in a mug | Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea & allow it to steep for 5-10 minutes or until desired strength is reached. You may want to experiment with steep time and tea quantity to find your ideal flavorful cup!  Don't forget to add your favorite sweetener.
