Ingredients: Organic ginger root, organic turmeric root powder, organic lemon verbena, organic lemon balm, organic lemon peel, organic peppercorn, organic rosehips.

Brew Instructions: Fill 1 tsp. of tea in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket or infuser | Place in a mug | Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea & allow it to steep for 5-8 minutes or until desired strength is reached. You may want to experiment with steep time and tea quantity to find your ideal flavorful cup!
