Ingredients: Organic peppermint leaves, organic vanilla rooibos, organic, fair trade roasted cacao nibs, organic roasted carob, organic, fair trade roasted cacao powder, organic licorice root, organic vanilla powder.

Brewing Instructions: Fill 1 tsp. in a cloth tea bag or mesh basket or infuser | Place in a mug | Pour 8 ounces of boiling water over the tea & allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes or until desired strength is reached.
